The new Disney FastPass+ expands on the previous benefit of being able to reserve entry times at some of the most popular experiences in the Walt Disney World Theme Parks. Hotel guests can now enjoy the exclusive benefit of being able to reserve up to 60 days in advance of their trip and choose from a broader array of options, including Disney Character Greetings, fireworks and parade viewing areas, shows and spectaculars. Disney FastPass+ helps make vacation planning easier for the family and continues to offer guests exclusive benefits of staying at a Walt Disney World hotel.
You can purchase your tickets online, and then just visit www.StartYourDisneyExperience.com or access the MyDisneyExperience mobile app to link yourpark tickets. Then, using your hotel confirmation number and the names of each person in your party, begin making FastPass+ selections.

We are pleased to offer you the option to decline housekeeping service during your stay, excluding the night prior to checkout. Service will automatically be provided every fourth day of your stay. For each day you help us conserve natural resources, we will provide a $5 food and beverage voucher for use at our resort OR 500 SPG ® Starpoints™ redeemable at check out. To opt-in to this program, dial extension 5678 from your guest room telephone by 2am. If you decide to resume service, please contact Guest Services at extension 0.

When kids are happy, parents are happy. That’s why we now offer the SPG® Kids Pass. For a flat daily rate of $25, children (ages 12 and younger) of Starwood Preferred Guest® members can enjoy all-inclusive access to a variety of dining options, including children’s menus, buffets (where available) and beverages at Cabana Bar & Beach Club, The Fountain, Picabu buffet, and Fresh Mediterranean Market.
In addition to our fabulous concierge staff, did you know we have a kiosk in the lobby of each hotel where you can print your boarding passes, browse through restaurant menus, print driving directions, purchase Disney park passes and more? Check out our kiosk online or be sure to visit the kiosk in the lobby when you arrive!
We are pleased to introduce our all-new Personal Pantry service! Personal Pantry replaces the traditional in-room mini bar and provides a convenient and extremely affordable option for you to customize and order your favorite snacks and beverages and have them delivered to your guest room's mini-refrigerator! Don't worry about the hassle of bringing your own snacks and beverages with you. Personal Pantry is easy, very economical, and there are no delivery or service charges!
Simply contact Room Service when you are ready to place your order. Menus are available in your guest room so you can order at your convenience. Our staff will deliver your items to your room and stock them for you promptly or at any pre-designated time.
