The new Disney FastPass+ expands on the previous benefit of being able to reserve entry times at some of the most popular experiences in the Walt Disney World Theme Parks. Hotel guests can now enjoy the exclusive benefit of being able to reserve up to 60 days in advance of their trip and choose from a broader array of options, including Disney Character Greetings, fireworks and parade viewing areas, shows and spectaculars. Disney FastPass+ helps make vacation planning easier for the family and continues to offer guests exclusive benefits of staying at a Walt Disney World hotel.
Just visit www.StartYourDisneyExperience.com or access the MyDisneyExperience mobile app to purchase and/or link your park tickets. Then, using your hotel confirmation number and the names of each person in your party, begin making FastPass+ selections.

The Swan and Dolphin Resort at Walt Disney World is hosting its Fifth Annual Food & Wine Classic.
Plan now to sample wines from around the world and savor culinary artistry from pastries to pasta. Held on Friday, October 31 and Saturday, November 1, 2014 from 5:30pm - 9:00pm, our Food & Wine Classic will be back offering ten educational seminars including, beer and wine, spirits and food pairing experiences.
Packages are available for overnight guests, and tickets are available for purchase for individual events and seminars. Reserve your tickets early as some classes fill up quickly!

A Show of Lights To Welcome You Home
A festive and vibrant colored light show welcomes guests to the causeway between the Swan and Dolphin on select nights throughout the year! This is especially true for the various holidays and special events taking place at the resort each month.

For each day you help us conserve natural resources, we will provide a $5 food and beverage voucher for use at our resort OR 500 SPG ® Starpoints™ redeemable at check out. For a flat daily rate of $25, children (ages 12 and younger) of Starwood Preferred Guest® members can enjoy all-inclusive access to a variety of dining options, including children’s menus, buffets (where available) and beverages at Cabana Bar & Beach Club, The Fountain, Picabu buffet, and Fresh Mediterranean Market.
Vacation Planning Made Easy!
In addition to our fabulous concierge staff, did you know we have a kiosk in the lobby of each hotel where you can print your boarding passes, browse through restaurant menus, print driving directions, purchase Disney park passes and more? Check out our kiosk online or be sure to visit the kiosk in the lobby when you arrive!
Personal Pantry Service
We are pleased to introduce our all-new Personal Pantry service! Personal Pantry replaces the traditional in-room mini bar and provides a convenient and extremely affordable option for you to customize and order your favorite snacks and beverages and have them delivered to your guest room's mini-refrigerator! Don't worry about the hassle of bringing your own snacks and beverages with you. Personal Pantry is easy, very economical, and there are no delivery or service charges!
Simply contact Room Service when you are ready to place your order. Menus are available in your guest room so you can order at your convenience. Our staff will deliver your items to your room and stock them for you promptly or at any pre-designated time.
