1. Regardless of actual check in time, what's the earliest I can check in?

  • Check in time is at 3:00 PM
  • Earlier check in times depend on availability.
  • Express check in is an option.
  • Check out time is 11:00 AM


2. Is there a fee for an early departure?
In the event you wish to depart earlier than your confirmed departure date a charge of one (1) night's room and tax will be applied to your account. Please inform the Front Desk of changes in your departure by midnight on the day of arrival.


3. Do you allow late check outs?
Check out time is 11:00 AM on the day of departure. However, we can extend your departure time for an additional fee. Please call the Front Desk on the morning of your departure to check for availability.

2:00 PM- 5:00 PM - 1/2 Day's Rate
After 5:00 PM - Full Day's Rate

4. What's the toll free number for reservations? How about outside the U.S.?
Our toll free reservations number is 1-888-828-8850. If you are outside a toll free calling area, the number is 1-407-934-4000. Or, you can make your reservations online by clicking here.

5. Do you have any "special offers" that are not posted on the Web site?
There may be offers that are not currently posted on our Website. To get more information regarding these offers, please call our reservations department at 1-888-828-8850.

6. How does Express Check-In work?
Tell the reservation agent that you would like to participate in this program. Provide them with a credit card number and your arrival time and you are all set for your Express Check-in. When you arrive at the hotel, let the bellman know you are using Express Check-in and you will be guided to the Express Check-in desk to pick up your room keys. It's that simple!
7. Does the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin allow pets at the hotel?
Pets are not allowed at the Swan or Dolphin wings with the exception of guide dogs for the visually impaired. However, there are 5 kennels at the Walt Disney World® Resort. One kennel is located at each of the main theme parks and there is also a kennel at Fort Wilderness. No reservations are required, and the cost is just $6 per day and $11 per day for overnight use. More detailed information is available by calling Disney Information at 407-824-2222.
 

 

8. How much does the Resort Service Package cost and what does it include?
The Resort Service Package is $10 + tax per day and inludes all of the following:

  • Up to 60 minutes free local telephone calls, toll free and credit card access calls
    (.10 cents per minute after 60 minutes)
  • 20 minutes of domestic long distance per day
  • Unlimited access to the resort’s health club facilities
  • In room high-speed Internet access
  • 2 bottles of water daily
