1. How many additional guests can stay in the room?
Due to fire codes, no more than 5 guests can stay in a standard guest room at the Dolphin and no more than 4 guests can stay in a standard guest room at the Swan.
2. Could additional bedding be brought into the room?
Yes, we offer complimentary cribs for infants; or Rollaway beds are available for an additional fee. This can be arranged by contacting guest relations or by completing the "Special Room Request" on-line form located under the Reservations button.
3. Could a request be made to automatically have breakfast brought into the room at a certain time every morning (instead of filling out a request every evening)?
There are in-room dining cards located in each room to request the next morning's breakfast. However, if you would like to have the same breakfast every morning during your stay, simply contact room service and they can arrange this for you.
4. Is it possible to have amenities sent to the room?
Yes. This can be arranged by contacting room service or you can place your order online.
5. Does the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin allow pets at the hotel?
Pets are not allowed at the Swan or Dolphin wings with the exception of guide dogs for the visually impaired.

Best Friends Pet Care offers accommodations, activities and amenities for your furry friends. Services also include grooming and doggy day camp.
With the exception of service dogs for Guests with disabilities, pets are not permitted in the Theme Parks or Disney Resort hotels, or on the Disney Resort hotel or theme park buses. Pets may, however, stay in the air-conditioned facility, which is a member of the Pet Care Services Association.
6. Do you allow smoking at the resort?
The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin no longer allows smoking in any part of the resort including the guest rooms. Guests who choose to smoke may do so in designated outdoor areas only.
