Conditions:

  • These rates are for vacation travel only
  • Nurses are allowed to book a maximum of three (3) rooms per night at this special rate
  • To make a reservation, members should call our 1-888-828-8850 number and they will need to provide your special booking code (TEACH4) to ensure they receive the discounted rate
  • Upon availability, the reservation will be made and confirmed
  • At the time of booking a one (1) night’s deposit is due
  • There is a one (1) day cancellation penalty if the reservation(s) is not cancelled five days prior to the guest’s arrival
  • Over the Christmas holidays (December 21st – 31st), cancellation should be made fifteen (15) days prior to arrival to avoid penalties
  • Upon arrival, the nurse must present his/her proof of employment
