Having trouble linking to My Disney Experience? Here are a few tips to help you in the linking process:
Your theme park ticket allows you to reserve FastPass+ 30 days in advance, so if you are within this window, feel free to proceed without linking your hotel reservation to save time. If you are within the 60 day window, please link your hotel reservation and theme park tickets to proceed in reserving your FastPass+.
If you have recently booked or modified your reservation, please allow 24 hours for the changes to take place in My Disney Experience.
If your reservation number starts with a “0” or “C” please attempt to input the number without those characters.
Ensure that the last name on your reservation is identical to the last name you are inputting when linking.
Please note, the only name necessary to have on the reservation is the primary guest. Adding additional names to your hotel reservation will cause errors that could prevent you from reserving your FastPass+ in a timely fashion. If the party mix is incorrect please contact the hotel directly to ensure that the correct number of adults and children are on the reservation. Once this update is complete, in 24 hours you will be able to build guest profiles on the website/app for each additional person in their party.
