21/25 Shrimp (cut in half) |

Diced Celery |

V8 Tomato Juice |

Worcestershire Sauce |

Method:
In a pot with boiling water add the shrimp, carrots, celery, half the diced onions, lemons and salt and cook for 3 minutes.
Cool it off with iced water then separate the shrimp, clean and cut them in half.
In a mixing bowl, mix shrimp, tomatoes, lime juice, v8 tomato juice, 2 oz onions, tabasco sauce, worcestershire sauce and cilantro. Arrange in a dish then garnished with the avocados and serve with crackers. |
