Wedding Ceremony
The wedding ceremony (with or without guests), is typically held in the Swan’s secluded West Courtyard, the airy Crescent Terrace, or tropical White Sand Beach (Lakeside Terrace is limited to very large parties). The format can vary from a simple exchange of vows, to the more elaborate, including musicians, floral arrangements, cake and champagne service.
A wedding ceremony site reservation at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin, includes the five items listed immediately below:
- Exclusive reservation of your ceremony site
- Seating for your guests
- A food and beverage package for up to 20
- A guaranteed indoor rain backup (if needed)
- The services of a professional Just Marry! Coordinator to book your package services, liaise with vendors, and coordinate the ceremony

- Services of a professional Wedding Photographer for one hour and access to an online album following your event
- Services of a single ceremony violinist for one hour of accompaniment to the ceremony

- Services of a professional Wedding Photographer for two hours and access to an online album following your event
- Services of a professional Wedding Videographer for one hour and one DVD copy of edited footage set to music
- Services of a single ceremony violinist for one hour of accompaniment to the ceremony
- Professional on-site Hair and Makeup service for the bride
