Method
for the Seafood:
In a sauté pan, cook lobster with olive oil and butter.
Add garlic, then white wine and all fresh herbs. Add the crabmeat
followed by the cream. Reduce heat and add parmesan cheese.
Method
for the Pasta:
In a medium pot, heat water until boiling. Add pasta and cook
for 7 to 9 minutes, until done. Drain and mix in seafood.
Presentation:
Garnish and serve.
