Method
of Preparation:
Bring a pot of water to boil (salted). Add fazzoletti and cook
until al dente. Cool in refrigerator. Heat duck sauce and place
in bottom of bowl. Sauté the pasta in a small amount of
butter with the onion and tomato. Add parsley to finish. Gently
place the pasta on top of the sauce.
Presentation:
Garnish with Parmesan Cheese. Serve.
