Fazzoletti all'anatra

 

Ingredients:
12 Each Fazzoletti Pasta
6 Oz Duck Sauce
1 Pinch Tomato Fillet
1 Pinch Caramelized Red Onion (Sauté and Chill)
4 Each Shaved Parmesan Cheese
1 Pinch Parsley
1 Tbsp. Butter

Method of Preparation:
Bring a pot of water to boil (salted). Add fazzoletti and cook until al dente. Cool in refrigerator. Heat duck sauce and place in bottom of bowl. Sauté the pasta in a small amount of butter with the onion and tomato. Add parsley to finish. Gently place the pasta on top of the sauce.

Presentation:
Garnish with Parmesan Cheese. Serve.
