Method:
In a medium
sauté pan, sauté the olive oil and garlic until
aroma starts to form. Add chicken, pesto, lemon juice, red tomatoes
and yellow tomatoes. Sauté for approximately 3 minuntes
or until chicken is warm. Add heated angel hair and check seasoning.
Place in a bowl and garnish with goat cheese and basil.
