NOTICE REGARDING AUDIO/VIDEO RECORDING OF EVENTS

When you enter this Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food and Wine Classic event, you will be entering an area where photography, video and audio recording may occur.

By entering the event premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on web sites, or any other purpose by the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin and its affiliates and representatives. You release the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or or sound recordings.

By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any exhibition, streaming, webcasting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such exhibiting, broadcasting, webcasting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin or the person or entity designated to do so by the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin.

You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the event.

By entering our Food and Wine Classic event, you are entering an area where photography, audio and video recording may occur.  Your entry and presence on the event premises constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with the Food and Wine Classic and its initiatives, including, by way of example only, use on websites, in social media, news and advertising.  By entering the event premises, you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you at the event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such record media.  You understand that all photography, filming and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent. If you do not agree to the foregoing, please do not enter the event premises.
