NOTICE REGARDING AUDIO/VIDEO RECORDING OF EVENTS

When you enter this Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food and Wine Classic event, you will be entering an area where photography, video and audio recording may occur.

By entering the event premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on web sites, or any other purpose by the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin and its affiliates and representatives. You release the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or or sound recordings.

By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any exhibition, streaming, webcasting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such exhibiting, broadcasting, webcasting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin or the person or entity designated to do so by the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin.

You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the event.

Partecipando al nostro evento “Food and Wine Classic”, si accede a un’area in cui potrebbero essere effettuate riprese fotografiche, audio e video.  L’ingresso e la presenza nei locali dell’evento costituiscono il consenso a essere fotografati, filmati e/o registrati in altro modo, nonché alla diffusione, pubblicazione, esposizione o riproduzione di qualsiasi materiale registrato che ritragga la propria immagine, voce e nome per qualsiasi scopo e a tempo indeterminato in relazione al Food and Wine Classic e alle sue iniziative, inclusi, a titolo puramente esemplificativo, l’uso su siti web, social media, notizie e pubblicità.  Entrando nei locali dell’evento, rinunciano e liberano l’organizzatore da qualsiasi rivendicazione che potrebbero avanzare in relazione all’uso dei supporti registrati che li ritraggono durante l’evento, inclusi, a titolo esemplificativo ma non esaustivo, qualsiasi diritto di ispezionare o approvare le foto, i video o le registrazioni audio che li ritraggono, qualsiasi rivendicazione per violazione della privacy, violazione del diritto di immagine, diffamazione e violazione del diritto d’autore, nonché qualsiasi richiesta di compenso per l’uso di tali supporti registrati.  L’utente è consapevole che tutte le riprese fotografiche, video e/o audio saranno effettuate in base al presente consenso. Se non accetta quanto sopra, è pregato di non accedere alla sede dell’evento.
