Designed by renowned architect, Jeffrey Beers, Todd English’s bluezoo is truly a work of art. Beers has extensive experience and an exceptional reputation in both the architecture and interior design industries. He has a keen interest in the relationship between architecture and light and has studied and practiced the art of glass and glass blowing with renowned glass artist Dale Chihuly. Continued collaboration and work with the medium provide Beers an unparalleled expertise in glass – both as material and light design element – as is evidenced in each of his projects to date.
Kimonos
Award-winning Kimonos restaurant and lounge is a favorite among locals and international guests alike. Voted top restaurant for sushi by the Orlando Sentinel readers, guests experience the fine art of sushi preparation each night.
The décor at Kimonos is as impressive as the cuisine. Dark teakwood, colorful kimonos and an intimate atmosphere are the inviting hallmarks of this authentic Japanese sushi bar. House specialties include traditional Oriental hors d’oeuvres, gyoza, tempura platters and Kobe beef satay.
True to form, Kimonos also features a karaoke sing-along on Thursday evenings, featuring popular tunes spanning several decades… always a hit with the late night crowd.
The Fountain

Cabana - Bar and Beach Club

Located in the all-new Walt Disney World Dolphin lobby, Phins is a contemporary lounge where guests can enjoy sipping on custom-crafted cocktails, a glass of vintage wine, or even a frosty mug of our very own Phins and Feathers beer, all under the sophisticated ambiance of a spectacular custom-made crystal chandelier. Amare
Amare, which means “to love”, is a casual upscale venue inspired by the tastes and cultures of the Mediterranean region. The menu focuses on highlighting fresh premium ingredients popular in the area, including a wide variety of seafood, citrus, olive oils, pasta and pitas.
Rosa Mexicano
Rosa Mexicano offers a fresh take on authentic Mexican cuisine, serving both beloved classics and sophisticated dishes in a stylish and festive atmosphere. With every dish we honor Mexican heritage, as well as the culinary techniques, global explorations, and inspirations of our founding chef, Josefina Howard. The menu features award-winning margaritas, including the Rosa Mexicano signature frozen pomegranate – names the Best in New York City.
