Las Vegas, NV (February, 2008) -The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort is the proud recipient of the 2007 Catersource Achievement in Catering Excellence (ACE) Award for the Southern region.

Tony Porcellini, Robert Ciborowski and Ed DiAntonio received the award at the opening general session of over 3500 Catering industry professionals held Monday, February 25, 2008 at the Hilton Las Vegas. The award was presented by Michael Roman, President of Catersource.

The Catersource ACE Award recognizes companies that have shown noteworthy achievement in the catering industry through culinary, business, community and professional development. Five winners were chosen on a regional basis, one each from the Midwest, South, East, West and International regions.
