From the start, the Disney Event Group Team listens and collaborates with you in order to creatively deliver unique solutions that fit your specific needs.

Once the Disney Event Group Team understands your goals, they weave your theme through every aspect of your event, allowing your Attendees to experience the greatest impact of your message. They do this by:

  • Creating the right environment for your Attendees through themed décor, floral, theatrical sets, staging, lighting, and sound.
  • Engaging your Attendees with impactful content through Creative Media (presentations, pre and post communications, video, and more) and themed entertainment that highlights your messages in memorable ways.
  • Fostering effective networking events for your Attendees with interactive themed gatherings, theme park parties, and upscale ballroom events.

 

Attention

To utilize the My Disney Experience app, the number of people on the room reservation MUST show the exact same number of people that you will have in the app. Please make sure to click on the “Rooms & Guests” dropdown on the following screen, and update the number of Adults and the number of Children that will be in the selected room.
