The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin welcome service animals who qualify under the guidelines of the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act). We adhere to these regulations which state that the work or task a service animal has been trained to provide must be directly related to a person’s disability. An animal whose sole purpose is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companion animals do not qualify as service animals under the ADA.
