1. Does the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin provide transportation to Disney attractions?
Yes, Walt Disney World provides complimentary, scheduled transportation from the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin and Walt Disney World Swan Reserve throughout the Walt Disney World® Resort.

2. Does the resort provide transportation to and from the Orlando International Airport?
Yes (fees apply)!  If you would like a private transfer to or from the airport, please CLICK HERE TO FILL OUT THE FORM, then email to the transportation department.

3. What are the times of departure to and from the Walt Disney World® Theme Parks for the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin?

To Parks:
Buses depart from the front entrance of the Swan, Dolphin, and Swan Reserve to the Magic Kingdom® Park, Disney’s Animal Kingdom® Theme Park and Disney Springs® area approximately every 20 – 25 minutes. Guests visiting the Magic Kingdom® Park will be dropped off at Disney’s Ticket and Transportation Center.

Water taxis take our guests to Disney’s BoardWalk, the Disney’s Hollywood Studios™ and Epcot® approximately every 20 – 25 minutes, starting 1 hour before the parks open*. You will be able to board the water taxi from the boat dock located by the covered walkway between the Swan and Dolphin wings.

From Parks:
The same schedule applies to the return routes from the parks to the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin. You should inquire inside the park you are visiting where the transportation you will be using is located.

*Park hours do change. Please check with one of our Disney Desks (located in the lobbies of both the Swan and Dolphin wings) for the operating hours of the park you are visiting.

Buses continue to run 45 minutes after theme parks close and up to 90 minutes after Disney Spring closes.

4. What transportation options are there for getting to the resort from the airport?

5.  Do I get free parking if I drive my own vehicle to a theme park?
Standard theme park parking is included for registered Guests of the Swan and Dolphin resort.  Guests can also choose to enjoy preferred parking by paying the difference in cost between their included standard parking and preferred parking (difference is currently $20-$25 per day*).

*Pricing is seasonal and will vary based on date of visit.

  • Preferred parking: car or motorcycle – $45-$50 per day*
  • Standard parking: car or motorcycle – $25 per day (included for registered guests of the resort)
  • Oversized Vehicle Parking: Shuttle, Limo, Camper Trailer, RV, Bus or Tractor Trailer – $30 per day

6. What are the available transportation options and prices to other Disney attractions?

As well as the complimentary transportation to the Walt Disney World® Theme Parks, a complimentary bus to the Disney Springs® area departs approximately every 20 – 25 minutes from the front entrances of the Swan, Dolphin, and Swan Reserve.

Disney’s Minnie Van service by Lyft provides service around the Walt Disney World Resort. Minnie Van service can be booked right from your smartphone using the Lyft mobile app. Prices will vary based on distance traveled from your pick-up location to your requested destination. You will see the total cost and pay for the service conveniently through the Lyft app.

If you and your party prefer a private car, transportation to the Disney Springs® area can be provided for a fee. Prices are listed below*:

7. Is there a fee for parking at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin?
Yes. The nightly fees for parking are listed below and subject to change.

Self Parking Fees Valet Parking
Non-Registered Guest* $36.00 for each exit $44.00 for each exit
Registered Guest ** $36.00 + tax per day $44.00 + tax per day

 

*A non-registered guest is a guest who is visiting the hotel to use the facilities and services, but is not staying over night.

**A registered guest has a room reservation to spend one or more nights at the hotel.

8. Do you provide parking for guests with disabilities?
Designated parking areas are available in our parking lots for guests with disabilities. A valid disability parking permit/placard is required and standard parking rates apply.

9. Do you have any parking restrictions?
We do not allow tour bus or 18 wheeler parking on site. RV and box trucks must obtain prior approval before being allowed to park at either resort.
