Procedures For Copy Inclusion
In order to give your clients a better understanding of the resort’s ideal location, it is important that the guidelines listed below are followed with regard to geographic designations:
- Designation by City
The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin should be listed separately from Orlando hotels, identified as being located in the Epcot® Resort area of Walt Disney World® Resort.
- Designation By Area
When listing hotels by specific areas (i.e. International Drive area, etc…) the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin should be listed under a separate category designated “Walt Disney World® Resort.”
Photography And Resort Logo Usage
Use of the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin photographs and logos must have prior approval of the resort’s marketing department and the Walt Disney Company. Please see the “Getting Approvals” section above.
Photo Placement
It is also agreed that Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin photography will be given prominent placement in your material.
Promotional Copy
Please provide a final layout/mockup of all material featuring the hotel, including the entire Orlando-area section, to our office for content and copyright approval 45 days prior to your publishing deadline.

A variety of admission tickets are available for purchase at the Disney Guest Services desk in the lobby of each wing of the resort. - Walt Disney World Theme Parks Early Entry and Extended Evening Hours:
Early entry to all four theme parks daily and extended evening theme park hours on select nights in select theme parks. Guests should check with Disney Guest Services upon arrival for parks and schedules. - Advance Tee Times:
Groups can book tee times in advance at four nearby Walt Disney World Championship golf courses on a space-available basis. Individual guests can arrange for tee times through the Disney Guest Services desk located in the lobby of either hotel, or by calling 407-939-4653. - Disney Priority Seating:
