Experience The Fine Art Of Sushi

Award-winning Kimonos restaurant and lounge is a favorite among locals and international guests alike. Voted top restaurant for sushi by the Orlando Sentinel readers, guests experience the fine art of sushi preparation each night.

House specialties include traditional hors d’oeuvres, gyoza, octopus, shrimp, tempura platters and Kobe beef satay.

The décor at Kimonos is as impressive as the cuisine. Dark teakwood, colorful kimonos and an intimate atmosphere are the inviting hallmarks of this authentic Japanese restaurant and sushi bar.

Diners enjoy Karaoke each evening at 9:30pm.  Dinner only.

 

 

This restaurant is one of our Signature Dining experiences. Guests are expected to dress accordingly in attire that respects the restaurant’s sophisticated and upscale aesthetic. Clothing should be clean, neat and in good condition, free from offensive language and/or graphics. Please no swimwear.

Meet the Chef

Chef Mehmet

Mehmet Bilbay is a Chef specializing in modern and Japanese cuisine, known for
his precision, creativity, and refined approach to sushi. He studied Gastronomy and
Culinary Arts in Istanbul, where he developed a strong foundation in global techniques
and culinary artistry. His experience includes luxury resort dining at the Boca Raton
Resort, Major food group as well as Sushi by Bou and one of Orlando’s signature sushi
destinations, where he honed his expertise in high-end, guest-focused experiences.

At Kimonos, Chef Mehmet brings a modern yet respectful interpretation of Japanese
cuisine, emphasizing exceptional ingredients, clean flavors, and an elevated dining
experience.

Private Dining & Groups

Your guests will not only be impressed with Kimonos’ authentic Japanese menu but also with our modern, yet traditional, atmosphere. Dark teakwood, colorful kimonos and an intimate atmosphere are the inviting hallmarks of Kimonos. We welcome group events of up to 100 guests. Guests also enjoy karaoke sing-a-longs with favorite hits during the late night hour. Custom menus are available to accommodate your group’s needs.
